The show began early 2008. It was founded and is currently hosted by Jimmy Watts. It was his love radio and new undiscovered music that lead him to create the thoughts and sounds podcasts. A combination of his radio hosting interest being his thoughts and the music he loves being played, his sounds. Together these two elements create the podcast that is thoughts and sounds. The shows goal is to draw attention to the artists played on the show in hopes of helping them expand their fan bases as well as draw record label attention.
